- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 27, 2020, by Kim BuchananWorst experience of my life. Will never buy again. Purchased an appliance. Was never given a chance to decide on delivery day/delivery window. They gave me a date anywhere between 5-9 and I complained about the timeframes as I didn't want evenings. After several calls, I was assured they would be there at 5pm. I waited all day and at 5pm I called to check on scheduled installation and no one even bothered to call to update me, so I got tired of waiting and cancelled. Terrible experience. Avoid Best Buy and Pacific Sales especially.
